This is a windows 95 bug in the console driver. To fix this you must load a keyboard conversion table using the following command
jsetkey -b WIN95_KEYTABLE=c:\jbase20\src\Win95KeyTabUS
or, in the United Kindom
jsetkey -b WIN95_KEYTABLE=c:\jbase20\src\Win95KeyTabUK
The next time the jsh is run, the keys should be ok. Note: this is not required for Windows NT. This keyboard conversion table should already have been loaded at install time (unless you selected None), and so this option is not normally required.
