LNK4064 warning is displayed when cataloging

Users of jBASE 3.2 must have Visual C++ 6.0 loaded when compiling and cataloging programs. This is because of changes made by Microsoft to the format of import libraries. In fact, after upgrading to jBASE 3.2, all programs and subroutines should be recompiled with Visual C++ 6.0.
